On September 3, the inauguration of the 5th Swasthya Shibira (Wellness Camp) was held at the premises of Aadi Arogya Ashrama Ayurvedic Hospital, located within Chandravana Ashrama in Srirangapatna.
Addressing the participants, the Pontiff of the Ashrama, Dr. Sri Sri Trinetra Mahanta Shivayogi Swamiji, said that such camps are beneficial in helping people maintain their mental well-being. He observed that people today are increasingly concerned about earning money while neglecting their health. He emphasized that wellness camps provide an opportunity to maintain a healthy balance between the body, mind, and intellect, and encouraged more and more people to benefit from such programmes in the future.
Sri Chikkathimmaiah, Administrative Officer, explained that, under the guidance of Trinetra Sri Swamiji, the hospital organizes a Swasthya Shibira once every two months with the objective of promoting public health.
He said that the camp focuses on educating people about how to maintain good health at home, how to keep the mind stable and peaceful, and how to benefit from the healing and positive energies of nature. He added that thousands of people have already benefited from these camps and are leading healthier and more peaceful lives.
On this occasion, Sri Rajesh Guruji of Vijayakali Samsthana Matha, Vastu expert Sri Sridhar Parimalachar, Dr. Vinay, Dr. Srujan, and several others were present.
