On 29 July 2026, as part of the Guru Purnima celebrations at Chandravana Ashrama, Padma Pujya Ling. Sri Sri Maridevaru Shivayogi Mahaswamiji, the revered senior Swamiji, had Guru Paduka Puja performed at his Guru Mandira. Padapuja of Dr. Sri Sri Trinetra Mahanta Shivayogi Swamiji was also performed on the occasion.
Addressing the devotees, Sri Sri Trinetra Mahanta Shivayogi Swamiji explained the significance of the Guru and the celebration of Guru Purnima. He said that a Guru is one who provides guidance, knowledge, and understanding, and emphasized that our words and actions should always be honest and upright, while our lives should remain rooted in the practice of Dharma.
The day’s Dasoha (free community meal) was sponsored by Kalpana Arun Kumar from the United States and Chaithra Hunsur Ravi from Mysuru.
